Choose Your Reformer Experience
Our two signature Reformer Pilates experiences are designed to meet you where you are — from building your foundation to exploring more challenging movement.
START WITH FOUNDATION
A supportive class ideal if you are new to Reformer Pilates, coming back after a break, or want to build confidence while focusing on alignment, control, and technique.
GROW INTO FLOW
A more challenging class ideal if you are ready to build on your experience with stronger sequences, more advanced exercises, and deeper full-body control.
Classes
At Pilates Hub, every class connects the whole body through strength, control, posture, and movement. With a different focus throughout the week, your practice naturally becomes more balanced, varied, and complete.
-
A balanced full-body class designed to strengthen, lengthen, and energize. Expect a thoughtful mix of core, arms, legs, posture, and mobility work.
-
A class with extra attention on upper-body strength, shoulder stability, posture, and controlled arm movement — while still keeping the whole body engaged.
-
A class designed to build deeper core connection, stability, and control. Ideal if you want to feel stronger, more supported, and more aligned in your movement.
-
A lower-body focused class designed to strengthen and tone the legs, glutes, and hips while improving balance, control, and full-body coordination.
